What to do in JB_ Part 2_Bakery Time

Although I am in Malacca right now, I am posting my first bakery experiance during the 2nd week of Aug. This is the kind of activity I am having in JB when I am not going home, click here for ~ What to do in -> JB_ Part 1.



The lady in black is Shylne (a.k.a 38 gui), she initiated this program.


During our daily msn chat,
38 gui: eieiei, this weekend you not going home right? want to go to karen's (a.k.a tao hong gui) house to learn how to do muffin?

me: har? bake bake har? not interested ler...

38 gui: can u dun so lazy can or not?

me: ........

me: ok lor, u organize lor (being shot right thru the center...to proof I am not lazy person, so i said ok >_<''')


All well prepared @ 4pm ++ on 8th Aug... hahahaha, kinda late when we reached tao hong gui's house...



Ryan (a.k.a busy gui) is 'busy' snap snap... practice makes perfect, but hor, dunno how good is his snap snap skill la, dun think quite good la because.... yet to see he published or share out those pics lor !! hng... hmmm...

Ok, back to the bakery experiance, my super big cupcake cups... loves...

Bought them from Jusco... 10 for RM3.90...

Each of us choose one stuff to be baked.. i chose vanilla cupcake and 38 gui chose banana chocolate chips muffin.

You can buy those pre-mix cupcak/muffin powder from any shops. Is kinda easy for people like me, just have to add in water, and butter according to the instructions.

Simply put on whatever we bought and we have... choco chips and love and colorful shape of decors...

Is oven time... hey hey, cannot wait, so excited during that time...

After 20 mins looks...

Our master ~ tao hong gui is checking out those cupcakes..

Not yet, still need to bake somemore...

While waiting for the cupcake, muffins are on the way... si fu checking on the mixture and having headache why the mixture seemed not so successful as taught... while the couple sitting aside... =.= ''' hahaha, no la, we cannot do anything, so just wait and wait...

My cupcakes are ready!!! Yeeha!!! The smell is great and it tastes so yummie...however, later we found that the premix cupcakes are too sweet zor...

We are still yet baked those muffins at 5.33pm, thanks to tao hong gui and her mum for letting us to use their kitchen temporarily.. so paiseh....




Aunty wants to start to cook dinner, we still yet baked the muffins... si fu tao hong gui looked so worried when the mixture didn't seemed to work out as it should be... the corrective action for future will be...eggs cannot be added in too big portion? However, after much effort, the muffin mixture is ready to be baked! Phew....

After 20++ mins, si fu checking out the muffins...

Si fu's mum sharing out some opinions.. but si fu gaving me the ghost face with the tongue out behind her mum...

...*sweat*...

Legendary muffins are ready to be sold!! Yay yay...

Dun trust ar? See them yourselves... the ingredients are pilling up...bler..:P

The boss and the lady boss... haha...kidding only....

We finished clearing up everything at around 7pm++. Frankly, it is quite fun to bake (I thought it was not before this), I should thank 38 gui and tao hong gui for this. Never try, never know :)
