Heart Attack

Alamak, fell down this morning while carrying baby Ren Chuan.

Happy Holidays ...Hooray...

Yay, long weekend...plan to watch movies, meet up malacca frens...

Watched movie on friday nite ~ Kung Fu Panda ~ Laughed out loud (temp chose to forget the pain of the high petrol price. hahaha).

Had my fav Kimchi Don at Ichiban Retaurant Tebrau City for dinner. Yummy !!!

Went back home on Sat morning. Malacca is flooded with visitors. Traffic jam after i paid the toll. Unbelieveable, but is true.

Went for karaok in the evening. The rate is okay, however the environment is what i like most ~

"GO GO Karaok" located near to Holiday Inn & Mahkota Century Hotel.

Dun feel like singing? No worries, there is an open air area for you to enjoy your food too!

端午節吃粽子.是要紀念屈原嗎?????? 端午節吃粽子,是祭五臟廟,這個五臟廟在自己的肚子裡! !!




（一）屈原投江
為了紀念愛國詩人屈原，居民為了不讓跳下汨羅江的屈原屍體被魚蝦吃掉，所以在江裡投下許多用竹葉包裹的米食（粽子），並且競相划船（賽龍船）希望找到屈原的屍體。
（二）曹娥尋父屍
東漢孝女曹娥，因曹父溺江而亡，年僅十四歲的她沿江豪哭，經十七日仍不見曹父屍首，乃在五月一日投江，五日後兩屍合抱而浮起的感人事蹟， 鄉人群而祭之。
（三）白蛇傳
傳說白蛇白素貞，為了報答許仙的恩惠，與許仙結為夫妻的淒美的愛情故事，傳說端午節當天白蛇喝了雄黃酒，差點現出蛇形，加上法海白蛇及水淹金山寺的情節，都是膾炙人口的民間戲曲的曲目。
　
（四）伍子胥的忌日
傳說伍子胥助吳伐楚後，吳王闔閭逝世，皇子夫差繼位，伐越大勝，越王句踐請和，伍子胥主戰，夫差不聽，卻聽信奸臣言，賜伍子胥自殺，並於於五月五日將屍體投入江中，此後人們於端午節紀祀伍子胥。

端午節又稱天中節，因為農曆五月以後，天氣漸漸炎熱，因此蚊虫蒼蠅孳生，傳染病很容易發生，所以古人稱五月為「惡月」或「百毒月」。而到了端午節時陽光最為熾熱，百毒齊出。古人就用天中五瑞--五種植物：菖蒲、艾草、石榴花、蒜頭和山丹來去除各種毒害，可以說是中國古代的衛生節。
民國成立以後訂為「夏節」，另外為紀念愛國詩人屈原又稱「詩人節」。　　端午節，因家家戶戶懸掛菖蒲避邪，故稱「蒲節」。

Petrol increased 41% from RM1.92 to RM2.70 per litre...

Planned to watch movie yday nite, but cancelled last min by me...
